Have you ever run with a stroller? How about a side-by-side double stroller with only one child?
If you ever want a full on WOD I highly suggest adding this little event to your programing. It tackles all of those problem areas since you MUST use your entire body to complete this WOD safely.
One of my favorite past times is figuring out how to wear out my nephews effectively for my sister and brother-in-law. When ever I have the opportunity to hang out with them (which is not often enough) I make it my mission to get them full on tuckered out.
